Papaya Fish Soup (serves 2)

You will need:

1 500ml Pouch of ÁO Fish Collagen Broth
Papaya (green papaya for nursing mothers)
Fish Slices (rinsed under cold water)
Ginger
Scallions
Salt & Pepper to taste

 

Steps:

Defrost ÁO broth in the fridge overnight or cut pack open if you are using the entire pack.

Add ginger, scallions and green papaya into the pot. (if using regular ripe papaya, add it in after fish slices)

Pour in ÁO broth and bring to a slow boil.

Boil till green papaya is tender. If this takes longer, add in 50ml of water (can be repeated as necessary)/

Add in fish slices and regular papaya.

Continue boiling till fish is fully cooked.

 

Serve and enjoy hot.
