Delivery Fulfilment

Where do you currently ship to? 

Delivery is currently available in Singapore and is complimentary for purchases above $80.

Can self-collection be arranged?

Self-collection is available via pre-order and orders can be collected at the following Milkfish outlets:

Milkfish Raffles City - B1-44F, Raffles City Shopping Centre, Singapore 179103

When will my order be delivered?

As our broths are prepared fresh and in small batches, we are currently delivering daily.

The delivery timer displayed on our homepage will display the amount of time left before orders for the earliest available delivery date will be cut off. Subsequent orders will be assigned to the next delivery date if you do not select a date yourself. 

Eg; Orders made before 2:59pm on Sunday, 6 December will receive their items on Monday, 7 December.
      Orders made after 3:00pm on Sunday, 6 December will receive their items on Tuesday, 8 December.

What are your delivery charges?

Delivery is complimentary for all orders above $80. For orders below $80, a delivery fee of $8 per location will apply.

Can you deliver to multiple locations?

Each order is processed individually and for delivery to 1 location. Please separate your orders should you want delivery to multiple locations.

What time will you deliver Áo broth?

Delivery hours are between 12pm - 7pm daily. Please take note that timings for deliveries are scheduled by our logistics partner and thus, we are unable to provide specific delivery times.

Can I cancel or edit my order?

Orders received are non-refundable and cancellations are not allowed after payment has been processed.

    Each of our broths is boiled slowly over 8 hours and is free of MSG, Dairy and other Preservatives.

     

    How long can I keep the broth?

    Áo Broths can be kept frozen for 3 months. Once defrosted in the fridge, please consume within 2 days. Please do not refreeze Áo Broths once they have been defrosted.

    How can I use the broth?

    Áo Broths come ready to be enjoyed after re-heating. We recommend adding water only after you have tried the original, if you prefer a thinner consistency.

    Áo Broths can be enjoyed in many dishes, including steamboats, and on its own! For steamboats we recommend diluting every 500ml of Áo Broth with 100ml of water.

    What do I need to do to qualify for Ao Rewards?
    The following 2 things need to be done before you are eligible for Ao Rewards:
    • Create and account on www.aobroth.com
    • Sign up for our newsletter (at no point must you unsubscribe, otherwise your eligibility will be affected)

    I have signed up for the newsletter and created my account but still don't see any rewards. Why?
    If you have made prior purchases that should have placed you in a certain reward tier (eg; gold) but only recently made an account/have not made any purchases since the implementation of Ao Rewards on 14 October 2022, a valid purchase will need to be made in order for the system to "update" its database and subsequently display the respective rewards.

    Where do I go to see my list of rewards?
    After logging in to your account on aobroth.com, click on the "Rewards" tab on the top left of the website. Your rewards will be displayed in the table found there.

    How do I redeem my rewards?
    You will be able to redeem your rewards from the "Rewards" Page.
    Please take note that only 1 reward can be redeemed per purchase, and that a purchase of more than $30 will still be needed to qualify for delivery.
