1 ÁO Fish Collagen Broth (no salt & sugar) (500ml)Cooked RIceYour child's favourite protein (Minced Chicken, Pork, Fish Slices, etc)Your child's favourite vegetables
Cook rice as you normally would in a rice cooker
Defrost ÁO Broth in the fridge overnight or cut pack open if you are using the entire pack.
Pour AO Broth over rice in a pot and bring to a slow boil.
