You will need: 1 500ml Pouch of ÁO Fish Collagen Broth for every 2 peopleTom yam paste (2 tablespoons or as instructed on package)Your favorite seafood rinsed (prawns, fish slices, squid)Mushrooms / Vegetables of your choiceLime (to taste)Fish Sauce (1 teaspoon)Coriander (as garnish)   Steps: Defrost ÁO Fish Collagen Broth in the fridge overnight or cut pack open if you are using the entire pack. Fish Collagen Broth (serves 2)

You will need: 1 500ml Pouch of ÁO Fish Collagen BrothYour favourite fish & vegetables (rinsed)   Steps: Defrost ÁO broth in the fridge overnight or cut pack open if you are using the entire pack. Bring broth to a slow boil. Add in your favourite ingredients and stir, to ensure even distribution. Ensure ingredients are fully cooked. Serve and enjoy!
