You will need:
1 500ml Pouch of ÁO Fish Collagen BrothYour favourite fish & vegetables (rinsed)
Steps:
Defrost ÁO broth in the fridge overnight or cut pack open if you are using the entire pack.
Bring broth to a slow boil.
Add in your favourite ingredients and stir, to ensure even distribution.
