Easy Rice Porridge - Great for Kids & Elders!

You will need:

1 ÁO Fish Collagen Broth (no salt & sugar) (500ml)
Cooked RIce
Your child's favourite protein (Minced Chicken, Pork, Fish Slices, etc)
Your child's favourite vegetables

 

Steps:

Cook rice as you normally would in a rice cooker

Defrost ÁO Broth in the fridge overnight or cut pack open if you are using the entire pack.

Pour AO Broth over rice in a pot and bring to a slow boil.

Add in sliced / minced meat and allow to cook fully.

Add in vegetables and allow to cook for a minute.

Serve hot and enjoy.
