Creamy Tom Yam Soup - Perfect as a Steamboat Base

You will need:

1 500ml Pouch of ÁO Fish Collagen Broth for every 2 people
Tom yam paste (2 tablespoons or as instructed on package)
Your favorite seafood rinsed (prawns, fish slices, squid)
Mushrooms / Vegetables of your choice
Lime (to taste)
Fish Sauce (1 teaspoon)
Coriander (as garnish)

 

Steps:

Defrost ÁO Fish Collagen Broth in the fridge overnight or cut pack open if you are using the entire pack.

Pour in broth and bring to a slow boil.

Add in tom yam paste and stir till dissolved.

Add in your favorite seafood and allow to boil for 1 – 2 minutes or till seafood is cooked.

Add vegetables and boil for 30 seconds.

Squeeze the juice of 1 – 2 limes and taste the soup before adding in fish sauce, adjusting for personal preferences.

 

Serve and enjoy hot.
