I first got a taste of Ao broth at Milkfish, and I was hooked from then on. This is a great mild-flavoured broth if you find beef bone broths a tad too strong flavoured. The kids version comes unseasoned so you have complete control over how much flavouring you want to add in. I love using this for a clean, light meal with noodles, vegs and tofu or sliced fish - with nothing else to mask the taste, the quality of this broth really comes through. This will be a staple in my fridge from now on!
