Áo Clam Pasta

You will need

1 litre of ÁO Clam & Flower Crab Broth
1kg Clams, cleaned
200g Pasta
Olive Oil / Butter
3 Garlic Cloves, sliced
1/2 cup White Wine
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Italian Parsley (garnish)


In a pot, sauté garlic in olive oil / butter
over medium heat for 1 minute.

Pour in ÁO Clam & Flower Crab Broth and
white wine, bring to a slow simmer.

Add in pasta and boil according to pasta
cooking instructions (roughly 7 minutes)

Remove the pasta from broth, and set aside,
leaving the broth in the pot.

Add clams into broth and allow to cook for
3 – 4 minutes or till clams are fully opened.

Discard any un-opened clam shells.

Season to taste and garnish with chopped
Italian parsley.

Spoon clams and broth over cooked pasta,
tossing gently.

Toasted bread is great for dipping into any
leftover broth. (optional)
